province, which is a professional manufacturing enterprise dedicated to R&D, design, production and
marketing of shell and tube condenser, evaporator and heat exchanger products etc. From the aspect of
technology, QIAOXIN always hold the leading position in domestic market.
QIAOXIN obtained Class I, Class II Pressure Vessel Design License and Pressure Vessel Manufacture
License, owned CNC machining center, CNC tube expander, CNC cutting machine and CO2 Flux Cored Gas
Shielded Welding etc series of advanced production equipments. QIAOXIN have a group of specialized
persons long engaged in the design and production of heat exchangers. Through long terms of technical
research, development and practice, different types and sizes of heat exchanger from design to production,

Wuhan Qiaoxin Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. has advanced production and processing equipment and manufacturing assembly line. The large production equipment includes 10 sets of CNC machining center, 8 sets of CNC tube expanders, multiple copper pipe automatic straightening rotary cutting machine, copper pipe bender, CNC tapping machine and automatic welding machine.

As a professional heat transfer products manufacturing enterprise, Wuhan Qiaoxin have a whole set of complete system from design to manufacturing and from installation to commissioning in the fields of the heat transfer devices with different types and scales after many years of the technology research and experience accumulation.
At present, our self-developed products include dry type spiral baffle plate evaporator, flooded evaporator, built-in oil separator condenser, sea water condenser, stainless steel heat exchanger, oil cooler, oil separator, gas-liquid separator and liquid accumulator among others.
The spiral baffle plate evaporator is the latest product designed and made by Qiaoxin and has obtained the national technical patents, which can save 20% in copper consumption and 30% in ferrous metals, reach the total energy saving rate 30% after test and satisfy the national economic policy of industrial upgrading, saving energy and reducing consumption and environmental protection.
The heat exchange tube uses copper pipe, nickel-copper alloy tubes, aluminum brass tube and stainless steel tube as the material and the shell uses No.20 seamless steel tube and stainless steel tube.
